This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information that we collect through this website (https://womenget.money) and our associated platforms, or directly from you.

By providing us with personal information you indicate that you have had sufficient opportunity to access this Privacy Policy and that you have read and accepted it. If you do not wish to provide personal information to us, then you do not have to do so, however it may affect your use of this site or any products and services offered on it.
This website and our services are directed at adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18 please contact us immediately at support@kidsget.money and we will delete that information promptly.

Information entered into our retirement calculator and other digital tools (such as age, retirement savings balance and cost estimates) is processed entirely within your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers
If you choose to download a PDF of your results, this is generated locally on your device and is not sent to us
1.5 Technical and usage data:
IP address and browser type
Pages visited and time spent on our website
Referring website addresses
Cookie and tracking data (see Part 5 - Cookies)
Meta pixel data if you have visited our website after seeing one of our advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook or Instagram)
PART 2 - HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1. Directly from you. We collect personal information directly from you when you: subscribe to our email list, purchase a product or service, join our online community, contact us by email or complete a form on our website.
2.2. Automatically. We automatically collect certain technical data when you visit our website including through cookies, the Meta pixel and analytics tools. See Part 5 for more detail.
2.3. From third parties. We may receive personal information about you from third party platforms including Meta (if you interact with our advertisements), Skool (if you join our community) and Square (if you make a purchase). If we receive your personal information from third parties we will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Marketing cookies - the Meta pixel tracks website visits to help us serve relevant advertisements on Facebook and Instagram and build custom audiences

5.3. Managing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to use some features of our website. You can also opt out of Meta pixel tracking through your Facebook settings or via the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
PART 6 - EMAIL MARKETING
6.1. Consent. We will only send you marketing emails with your consent. By subscribing to our email list you consent to receiving educational content, product updates and promotional material from us.
6.2. What we send. Our email communications may include: educational content about money, financial empowerment and related topics; information about our products, services and community; promotional offers; and updates about our programs and events.
6.3. How we send. Our email marketing is managed through Mailchimp. Your name and email address are stored on Mailchimp's servers in the United States. Mailchimp's privacy policy is available at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.
6.4. Unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by contacting us at support@kidsget.money. Unsubscribe requests will be processed promptly and in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
PART 7 - DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for the following periods:
Email list data - retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Community membership data - retained while your Skool membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter
Purchase and payment records - retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law
Customer service correspondence - retained for 3 years from the date of last contact
Website analytics data - retained in accordance with Squarespace's data retention policies
Meta pixel data - retained in accordance with Meta's data retention policies
When we no longer need your personal information we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.
PART 8 - ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
8.1. Access. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you by contacting us at support@kidsget.money. In certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) we may refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you. An administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information.
8.2. Correction. If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us by email at support@kidsget.money. We will respond to any request within a reasonable time and will endeavour to promptly correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
8.3. Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information by contacting us at support@kidsget.money. We will action deletion requests within a reasonable time subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
PART 9 - SECURITY
9.1. We are committed to ensuring that the personal information you provide is secure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
9.2. Our website is hosted on Squarespace which uses industry standard security measures including SSL encryption. Our payment processing is handled by Square which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store payment card details.
9.3. While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
PART 10 - COMPLAINTS
10.1. If you believe that we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable privacy legislation and wish to make a complaint, please contact us at support@kidsget.money with details of your complaint. We will respond within a reasonable time.
10.2. If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992.
